What a sweetheart!!  Pheebs is beautiful, smart and as sweet as can be.  Like most of us here at PADR, she has gained a little holiday weight  and will need a family that will commit to her weight loss goals for the New Year.  She is a small standard weighing in at 18 pounds, she would look great at 15. Phoebe loves to hike, and take long walks so her ideal home would be with an active family.   She will only be adopted into a home that has plenty of time for her, and where her time alone will be minimum. She has been spending too much time alone over the last few years and we do not want that for her in her new home.
