Zoey is a sweet and gentle 10 year old (best guess) chihuahua who would make an amazing companion for anyone.  This adorable girl loves to hang out with her humans, is great with cats and other dogs.  She is definitely a lap dog and is great on a leash.  She doesn’t need to have a fenced in yard, but should definitely be leashed because when she puts her nose to the ground she can wander a bit.  Zoey’s a little overweight right now but her foster family is working on slimming her down.  Her amazing personality and disposition will steal your heart!!
