Sweet Teddy is done with his therapy and ready to go to his forever home

 Teddy came to Paw-Affection in June of 2022 with a serious knee injury. Thanks to  our generous supporters, we were able to secure his surgery as well as physical, hydro and laser therapy,  

A couple days after coming to us, Teddy had a grand mal seizure.  Teddy an oral flea/tick treatment the day before,  we chalked the seizure up to the flea treatment. From that point on, we used topical treatment, and everything was fine until this past Saturday, Jan 6yh. Teddy had dinner, vomited and had another seizure. With his second round of bloodwork coming back fine, we feel Teddy’s seizures are stress induced.  . We are looking for a quiet home with a laid back companion pup that likes to play and will help Teddy gain confidence. Experience with seizures is a huge plus. Watching a grand mal seizure is NOT for the faint of heart.

Teddy will stay with us for another month and if he doesn’t have a seizure he can go to his forever home, hopefully with a few playdates beforehand . He has been working very hard the last 7 months and he deserves the best!! 

Teddy will be 4 year old on February 12th, we would love for him to celebrate his birthday with his new family.

Teddy is very, very sweet.  Loves to take walks and explore.  Great in the car.
